ACC 2: About Plastic Surgery


Plastic surgery is a branch of medicine, which aims to improve parts of the human body through plastic surgery. Plastic surgery comes from the Greek language, that is platikos meaning of "form". This type of surgical origin of the word is not actually derived from plastic materials. Type of plastic surgery is generally divided into two types, there are of surgery to repair and surgery for cosmetic. Plastic surgery has advantages and disadvantages.

The benefits of plastic surgery is to make a person appear confident. Because of changes in his appearance of the "bad" to be beautiful or good. Not infrequently after surgery, these people look healthier to live a new lifestyle. Operations in health is usually performed on people who undergo surgery liposuction, after surgery they become more confident in performing physical activities. Plastic surgery is also beneficial for patients with nasal polyp disease.

The disadvantage of plastic surgery is first, can cause necrosis. that is the death of tissue due to lack of oxygen supply to the operated area. Second, hematoma or bruising may occur when there is bleeding under the skin of the incision is not closed properly or the skin open part of the incision, so as to form a pool of blood, eventually causing hematoma. If the area is not drained, it can lead to infection. And many more disadvantages.

From all of the above statement, plastic surgery is good. If it is done with good reason. As liposuction surgery, if the fat continues to accumulate can give rise to a more chronic disease. Just like nasal polyps that grow like tumors meat, if left unchecked will get worse. But we also have to think several times to perform plastic surgery on the grounds just to improve the appearance, because many diseases can be caused after undergoing plastic surgery. Health and Not Stress with NYEKER


Nyeker atau dalam bahasa Indonesianya yaitu berjalan kaki tanpa mengenakan alas kaki ternyata memiliki banyak manfaat lho. Modernisasi berdampak sangat besar terhadap cara kita berjalan pada zaman sekarang. Jika nenek moyang kita dahulu begitu nyaman jalan di atas permukaan tanah yang lembut tanpa alas kaki, kini rasanya jarang atau malah tidak ada pernah sama sekali kita melihat seseorang jalan tanpa alas kaki di jalan-jalan beraspal atau hamparan berlapis beton. Diera sekarang banyak orang berlomba-lomba untuk membuat maupun membeli alas kaki terbaik, trendy dan keren.

Banyak yang tak sadar berjalan tanpa alas kaki memiliki banyak manfaat untuk tubuh. Karenanya, saat memiliki kesempatan berlibur di alam terbuka, coba tanggalkan alas kaki kalian. Rasakan manfaatnya bagi tubuh!

Ada 7 (tujuh) manfaat yang akan didapatkan ketika kita berjalan kaki diatas rumput hijau dipagi hari tanpa alas kaki


1. Mencerahkan pikiran
Saat kita melangkah tanpa alas kaki, tingkat kewaspadaan kita  spontan akan meningkat. Setidaknya terhadap area sekitar pijakan, apakah ada duri, kerikil tajam, atau benda lain yang bisa melukai telapak kaki. Jalan bertelanjang kaki juga akan mengaktifkan kerja otot tertentu yang membantu menjaga postur tubuh dan keseimbangan badan. Otot ini tak aktif ketika mengenakan sepatu.

3. Refleksi gratis
Kaki memiliki sejumlah titik refleks yang terhubung ke hampir semua organ tubuh. Benjolan kecil, batu, atau permukaan kasar yang terinjak akan merangsang titik-titik refleks di kaki. Meski awalnya mungkin terasa sakit, tapi memiliki efek positif meredakan gejala penyakit di tubuh.

4. Redakan stres
Sebuah penelitian mengungkap bahwa berjalan tanpa alas kaki di rumput membantu mengurangi kecemasan dan depresi
(́_̀) sebesar 62 persen. Berjalan telanjang kaki meningkatkan kadar endorfin sehingga memunculkan perasaan bahagia.

5. Tidur malam berkualitas
Ada beberapa kalangan yang percaya bahwa berjalan tanpa alas kaki di rerumputan menjadi obat terbaik untuk mengatasi insomnia.

Overweight or obesity is better known in medical science is one disease that is scary enough for teenagers. Even some of the article opinion that obesity is more deadly than AIDS “Various disease caused by obesity such as diabetes and heart disease has claimed the lives of Indian people than AIDS. It is quite possible this phenomenon spread to the whole world. Moreover obesity also affect aging.” Said Joshi. And there is mention that obesity is more dangerous than traffic accidents. A lot of the impact of obesity in teenagers in the short and long term.
First, the psychosocial disorder disorders in teenagers. An inferiority complex, depressive and withdrawn from the evironment. This is caused obese teenagers often receive ridicule from his friends. May also be due in some activities he can’t do because of the resistance movement by obesity.
Second, the effect of obesity in aging. The growth of an obese teenagers physical will be faster and more advanced bone age rather than biological age.
Third, can the occurrence of respiratory disorders. Usually teenagers obesity is often attacked by respiraratory disorders, sleep snoring, often sleepy during the day. If the disoder is very severe usually referred to as the Pickwickian syndrome is the existence of alveolar hypoventilation.
If obesity is not tackled immediately, it can menyababkan more chronic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabestes mellitus, and sebgainya. While health care is expensive. Therefore, if we as teenagers can maintain a good diet from an early age, so future we will be healthy.
